Maharashtra : In order to improve the standard of financial information furnished by the corporates, capital market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) said on Friday it will soon release detailed regulations on corporate disclosures.Addressing a capital market summit organised by industry body CII, Sebi chairman UK Sinha said there were 1,100 companies that had failed to comply with clause 35 (filing shareholding patterns) and an additional 900 companies non-compliant with clause 49 (corporate governance norms).
