The Supreme Court has barred the Sahara Group from selling any of its property assets and also ordered its chief Subrata Roy and other directors not to leave India until it submitted original title deeds on properties worth 20,000 crore to Sebi, tightening the screws on the finance-to-realty conglomerate that is locked in a bitter tussle with the markets regulator.
